I’m very excited about our April collaboration with Katie from KT Robbins Ceramics and her lovely tag #wipsandblooms (You can find her on Instagram as @ceramicmagpie) I absolutely adore Katie’s work! She makes the most beautiful vessels and accessories from porcelain, inspired by the beauty of the natural world. We have met on Instagram, and I really look forward to meeting her in real life one day.

The word ‘wips’ stands for #workinprocess and Katie invites makers, like artists, baker, knitter, weavers and others to share what they’re working on. She has asked me to judge this month them #wipsandblooms_spring which I’m very delighted about. It’s a great chance for me to discover new makers and designers. I love looking through the ‘Wips and Blooms’ gallery.

I’m also sponsoring a lovely prize for this month challenge from our store: a gorgeous Lewes Map fine bone china mug (made for us in Stoke-on-Trent), the a/w 2016 edition of 91 magazine, a pot of Green Balm by MOA London and a beautiful handmade Rose Geranium & Pink Clay Soap.
