Returns & Exchanges

We hope you're delighted and 100 percent happy with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return an item, for example the product you purchased is no longer required.

We accept returns for exchange or a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by the original order number.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation email. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 2 working days. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own peace of mind and ask for proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.

Please note: Limited prints, jewellery, magazines and perishable goods cannot be returned and sale items cannot be refunded.


Faulty or Damaged Items

Please email within 24 hours of receipt of your delivery. When emailing please include photos of the damaged or faulty item. We will be able to discuss a replacement or refund for you.
